1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1.1 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

1.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.

2. Account Registration

Certain features of our Service may require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete.

2.1 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols) with your account.

2.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Product Information

We endeavor to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3.1 Pricing Information

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of products.

3.2 Product Variations

As our products are made from natural materials including wood, leather, and fabrics, there may be variations in color, grain, and texture between the product images on our website and the actual product delivered. These natural variations are not considered defects.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order through our Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.

4.1 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms the order has been received and is being processed ("Order Confirmation").

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and select digital wallets. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

4.3 Custom Orders

For custom furniture projects, a 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due prior to delivery. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, except as provided in our Cancellation Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout India using trusted logistics partners. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by factors beyond our control including but not limited to weather, transportation delays, or customs clearance.

5.1 Delivery Areas

Standard delivery is available to most metropolitan areas in India. For remote locations, additional shipping charges may apply. Some large or heavy items may require special delivery arrangements.

5.2 Inspection Upon Delivery

You must inspect all items immediately upon delivery. Any damage or discrepancies must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may limit our ability to address your concerns.

5.3 White Glove Delivery

For select items, we offer premium "white glove" delivery service which includes room placement, basic assembly, and removal of packaging materials. Additional fees apply for this service.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, standard returns are not accepted. In cases where we determine a product is defective or not as described, we will work with you to repair, replace, or provide store credit as appropriate.

6.1 Cancellation Policy

Standard collection orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After 24 hours but before production begins, cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

6.2 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and credited to the original payment method. Some payment methods may require additional processing time by your financial institution.

7. Warranties

We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period specified for each product (typically 3 years for structural components). This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

7.1 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase and photographs of the alleged defect. We may require inspection of the product before approving any warranty service.

7.2 Limitations of Liability

In no event shall The Milled & Matched Furnishings be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service or products.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Milled & Matched Furnishings and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8.1 User Content

By submitting any content (including photographs, reviews, or comments) to our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate The Milled & Matched Furnishings, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm us or users of the Service

10. Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, material shortages, transportation problems, or government actions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If such negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within 60 days, either party may pursue other legal remedies available under applicable law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. The invalid provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, enforceable and consistent with the original intent.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
